The Space:
Enjoy direct access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities, including a private
pickleball/basketball court, fire pit with free firewood, sauna, hot tub, wraparound porch, and a fully equipped outdoor gym. Sleeps up to 15 across 4 bedrooms, with a private bathroom in the primary suite and scenic Sevierville mountain views throughout. Xbox, classic board games, life-size games, and more ensure friendly competition indoors. Perfect for family fun, stargazing, and gathering by ambient lighting.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with ambient lighting (first floor)
• Bedroom 2: King bed with walk-in frame and expansive glass windows — incredible stargazing

Lake Access & Kayaks (Year-Round)
Private lake access year-round. During lower water months, access shifts down the street to our private waterfront parcel with water year-round. Kayaks are available as an optional add-on, and complimentary for 6+ night stays (with advance notice).

Guest Access:
Full private access to the entire property — nothing shared. Includes sauna, hot tub, pickleball/basketball court, outdoor gym, fire pit, game room, wraparound porch, and free parking.
